When we brought Camryn on at DinnerCall, the initial idea was that she would primarily execute in the realm of marketing and communications. You know, helping to craft stories, oversee the social media channels, and run the email campaigns. But, it soon became clear that Camryn had so so much more to offer the team and the company (which is music to a startup's ears!). Not only did Camryn effortlessly transition into a much more broadly defined role in terms of taking control of various biz dev activities (pitching new accounts, on boarding, managing beta accounts, and working with local community ambassadors to increase the brand's reach), but she also played a critical role in many of the company's strategic discussions (especially as they related to customer voice and client needs). Clearly, Camryn has a very wide range - she is able to pick up new tasks and skills easily, and she goes above and beyond in all that she does. She is creative and brings loads of new ideas to the table. And, she really knows how to communicate to targeted audiences in a way that resonates with them, engenders loyalty, and increases engagement. She is uber organized, well-spoken, and flexible. Camryn takes initiative and produces work of the highest quality, no matter the task. I so enjoyed working with Camryn, and would very much welcome the opportunity to do so again!
